The Heart of Retail Success:

The heart to retail success, and business in general, is how we relate to the customer. There are many ways to relate to customers, however, the most effective is through emotion. When we understand our customer needs and motivations, as well as our own, we can create a heartfelt retail experience that has far-reaching effects.

Please let us know if you are seeking Continuing Education Credits for the State of Florida licenses (CPC, RP, or Specialty License), or IACET Credit provided by PHTA if applicable!

*Admission is $25 per class with 100% of proceeds being donated to Every Child A Swimmer/International Swimming Hall of Fame (A 501c3 Non-Profit).

ALL FUNDS will be matched by Bill Kent Family Foundation and earmarked for the Long Island area.
